It looks like what you’re saying is you’ll do Shaggy – and you’re not takin’ him home to Mom – or showing him off to your friends. And if he turns out to have an IQ and a personality of a rock – you’ll still do him – but that’s about it….

You nailed this down – not! Shaggy shows up and pushes all your buttons without having to do any work….

…how much work does Bruce Wayne have to do?? – you answered it yourself! If you don’t trust him on the first date – he’s history!….answer me this – if you give him a chance – how many dates later do you trust him?? And then do him? And when do you you take him home to meet Mom?

Wow, what an eye opener; thank you. Over the last few years I’ve been building my “date-ableness” (education, career, style, fitness, social skills). While I’m doing a number of things right, I have trouble building attraction during an otherwise pleasant encounter. After reading this article, I can see that I’m some of both Do-Able and Date-Able, but not enough of either.
