You already know how important it is to make a girl laugh if you want to get her interest… But has anyone ever taught you HOW to be funny?
Believe it or not, being funny is a skill and just like any other skill, it can be learned!
Every girl will tell you that they want a man that will “make me laugh”, but what exactly does it mean to make a girl laugh? Throughout my life, I have met many men who have been able to “make me laugh”. But there were few of those men that I was actually attracted to. In fact, the men that made me laugh the most, the overly funny ones or entertainers as I like to call them, were typically the ones I would be-friend and latch onto to help me get more comfortable around the guys I actually wanted.
See there is a difference between “being the funny guy” and having a good sense of humor.
The funny guy is the entertainer. The one that could definitely make me laugh, but never really seemed to have anything to say.
The guy with a good sense of humor is much more balanced and well rounded. When a man has a good sense of humor, it signals to a woman that he is fun, playful and doesn’t take the world too seriously BUT can be serious if needed.
A good sense of humor will always get you much farther with women, then simply being the funny guy.
So how can you learn to have a good sense of humor? You learn how to have a good sense of humor the same way you learn every other skill. Through excellent guidance, solid information and tons of practice. Which is what I am about to give you!
I sat down with my good friend Zach who owns the company Social Fluency. He and his team have claimed to have “cracked the comedy code” and show you how you can easily create funny things to say out of thin air and make any girl crack up.

Hey Marni, thanks for this article. I often find a lot of guys are on either side of the funny or die spectrum. They’re either extremely low with the energy and enthusiasm, or they’re over the top and crazy entertainers that dance around like a monkey. I agree with you that having a great sense of humor is an absolutely vital skill that lots of guys feel helpless to learn. In fact, I agree completely that you can learn how to be fun. To me, it’s a matter of being fun, but not funny. Being funny means you’re an entertainer to someone. Being fun means you’re interesting, engaging, and can take whoever you’re talking to on an adventure with just the power of words.
Verbal attraction is super important, and humor is a fantastic way to break the ice. Looking forward to reading more of your posts!

The few times I’ve used these jokes in person they’ve gotten fantastic laughter. Even my LTR laughed her ass off.
The one about tired legs is a charicature of cheezy pickup lines. Women love it. Not only is it funny, but women INSTANTLY know that you’re just toying with them and you’re not being all serious and heavy. If you tell it with a big smile like you’re laughing WITH the girl about how this is a parody of cheezy pickup lines, and then you talk to her lightheartedly for a few minutes without making too much eye contact — like a needy wuss would — and then you do a take-away and “give her the gift of missing you,” and then you go talk to other women, it works VERY WELL. Your demeanor and comportment and departure will tell her that the joke was for humor’s sake and that you weren’t using it to pick her up.
The Viagra joke is perfect for approaching a group of women as it perfectly fits the female group-humor dynamic. Any time you make lighthearted fun about maleness or how men are, a group of women is going to find it funny. Women love gender humor. This joke tells the women implicitly that you find them attractive, which they love, and also that you’re now sporting a woody, which they will always find hilariious. This one always gets laughs.
ALWAYS.
