OK…Now I am sure you have nothing to worry about but just in case here is a quick run down on things you really need to be aware of.
If a male has bad hygiene it signals several things to a women including:
1. He can't take care of himself
2. He is a slob
3. Maybe he's a stoner
4. I could never introduce him to my friends
5. My parents will think I'm crazy for dating him
6. He will never be able to take care of a family
The list goes on but I don't want to get to crude…
To a woman bad hygiene represents a male who just does not care. A male who doesn't care is not the kind of male a woman wants to be with.
What do I mean by this? Well, it's pretty simple but sometimes the simple things are lost and forgotten, so here goes…
Most people would be surprised to learn that in the pursuit of complete health, hygiene is just as important as diet and exercise.
Hygiene literally means “conditions and practices that serve to promote or preserve health.”
By regularly practicing good personal hygiene, you can significantly reduce infections, allergy attacks, and other negative health conditions by cleansing your body of toxins, pollutants, disease-causing germs, and allergens.

The other benefit, and the one most important to our discussion and why you're reading this, is that women are more attracted to men with good hygiene and they are quickly turned off by men with bad hygiene.
To women, personal grooming and everyday hygiene are necessities, not optional.
A generally well-maintained appearance, a clean scent (bathing with soap and a simple deodorant will work just fine), and healthy-smelling breath are very important.
No one wants to kiss, let alone get into bed with someone who reeks of sweat like the guys' locker room at the gym.
Most women don't expect you to have a hairless chest, wear designer clothes or have six-pack abs, but we do expect the bare minimum.
I have to admit, when I was younger I had a thing for hairy, scruffy guys! Who am I kidding, I still love them.
However if any of them ever had B.O., dirt under their nails, bad breath or food on their shirts it would totally turn me off.
Whenever I would meet a guy with any the above “qualities” I would always ask myself “how did he let himself get like that?”.
His appearance made me think he was lazy, had no direction, passion or self love and was just plain dirty.
Key takeaways from this newsletter:
Staying clean, smelling decent and grooming the excess (nose hair and nether regions are a plus) can work wonders, or give you the boost you need to begin the process of wooing.
